Using LastApollo means agreeing to the terms below. Two of them matter more than the rest: what this app actually is, and where our responsibility ends.

01 What LastApollo Is

LastApollo is a tool for loading a network configuration and opening a connection with it. LastApollo runs no VPN or proxy servers and provides no network access of its own. It loads the configuration your site code or subscription URL points to, then opens that connection from your own device. The only servers you reach are the ones operated by the provider you chose, and your use of that provider is subject to their terms, not ours.

02 Acceptable Use

Use LastApollo only for lawful purposes and in compliance with every law and regulation that applies to you. The configuration you load and the provider you connect through are entirely your choice, and they are your responsibility.

03 Accounts

LastApollo issues no accounts. Any account you sign in with was created and is managed by the service provider you selected, and keeping those credentials safe is up to you. Setting the app up with a subscription URL involves no account at all.

04 No Warranty

The app is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or always available.

05 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the app. You are responsible for the provider you choose and for what you do through the app.

06 Changes

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the revised Terms; any update is reflected in the date shown beneath the title above.
